Multitrack Studio Recording

Located in in a quiet residential area of Killiney, Co. Dublin, we provide a casual and comfortable atmosphere for recording. Equipped with an extensive range of professional recording tools, the studio is suitable for pre-production, tracking, voiceovers and mixing.

Our primary (and preferred) recording platform is E-mu's PARIS workstation, although we have facilities for importing and exporting to Digidesign Protools, and PC native based systems such as Cakewalk's Sonar. The studio is capable of comfortably recording up to 16 live channels simultaneously and playing back projects that are over 128 tracks. We can sync our systems to video for advertising/promo needs if required.

We have a good range of outboard processors and quality microphones and preamps for achieving a high quality of recording suitable for commercial release. A range of guitars, keyboards, sound modules, soft synths, midi sequencers and samplers are also available if required.

Our acoustically treated control room is medium sized and can accommodate about 3 persons comfortably. The recording space is suitable for small groups of performers but is not recommended for live drumkits (unless you like a really squashed sound).

We will engineer (and quasi-produce) for you, or we are happy to operate and assist your own outside engineer/producer.

For rates, please contact us and we will quote you based on your needs and size of project. We're an ideal choice for polishing off 'bedroom' recordings and adding that extra 'something' with vocals and instruments that can be achieved with high quality microphones/preamps/converters in a pleasant sounding room.

We can also arrange for mastering and pressing of commercial products, perform internet file conversions and analogue/digital transfers between different media or audio products.
