Terms and Conditions

Product/masters will be released only when account is settled in full.

We reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled fee for cancelled bookings, cancelled by the customer with less than 48 hours notice.

Rescheduling a booking up to 48 hours prior to the start of the session may be done freely. Within 48 hours, a 20% fee may apply.

We reserve the right to charge full rate for late session starts, caused by the customer. Downtime caused by the studio will be credited to the customer.

The customer agrees to be responsible for all breakages and thefts that may occur during a session (other than those caused by the engineer).

Recording studios can be dangerous places; cables often run across the floors and there are objects that can be tripped over and/or fell upon. There is also a large amount of electrical equipment which can potentially be hazardous. Although we run a responsible safety environment, we cannot be held liable for accidents while on our premises and we ask our clients to always exercise utmost care.

Please note that we maintain a smoke free studio environment.
